Cook pasta according to instructions on box. Drain and set aside.
Combine spam, pickles, onion, green pepper and cheese in a large bowl. Add pasta when cooled. Combine celery seeds, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise and sour cream and whisk together.
Toss with other ingredients.
Refrigerate for several hours to let ingredients marry.
Notes
Recipe could be halved. Could use dill pickles instead of sweet pickles. Could add chopped boiled eggs
