Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9X13 baking dish. Set it aside. You could also line your baking dish with parchment paper is you like.

Mix together with a spoon, brownie mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil until combines and set aside.

Press cookie dough into the bottom of the baking pan.

Top cookie dough with Oreos, you may need to cut a few to make sure the surface is covered.

Pour brownie mix over Oreos, making sure it's even. You may need to spread this with a spoon.

Bake for 38-42 minutes. You will want to text the center with a toothpick or fork to make sure they are done. It should come out clean.

Let brownies cool for around an hour before slicing.
