Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) block of cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of green chilis
  • 1 1lb of pork breakfast sausage
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of artichoke hearts, chopped (save juice)
  • 1 cup of shredded Romano Asiago and Parmesan Cheese
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  • Brown pork sausage on medium heat.
  • Add cream cheese, sour cream, green chilis, artichokes plus juice, cooked sausage to crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 30-45 minutes, add cup of cheese blend, continue to cook until bubbly.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

If you like hot dip, then use hot mild green chilis and hot pork breakfast sausage
