Ingredients

(8 ounce) block of cream cheese
1
(8 ounce) sour cream
1
(4 ounce) can of green chilis
1
1lb of pork breakfast sausage
1
(15 ounce) can of artichoke hearts, chopped (save juice)
1
cup
of shredded Romano
Asiago and Parmesan Cheese
Tortilla Chips
Instructions
Brown pork sausage on medium heat.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, green chilis, artichokes plus juice, cooked sausage to crock pot.
Cook on high for 30-45 minutes, add cup of cheese blend, continue to cook until bubbly.
Serve hot.

If you like hot dip, then use hot mild green chilis and hot pork breakfast sausage
