Ranch Style Baked Beans

These Ranch Baked Beans come from an old church cookbook. Made with pork and beans and lipton soup mix and great for any potluck!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 1 28 ounce can pork-n-beans, undrained
  • 1 15 ounce can pork-n-beans, undrained
  • 1 16 ounce can dark red kidney beans
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package dry Lipton onion soup
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with onion and garlic on top of stove. Drain and add to 3 quart baking dish along with remaining ingredients.
  • Stove - Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for one hour.
  • Crock Pot - combine ingredients in a 3 quart crockpot and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
