Raisin Pecan Loaf Cake

This easy dessert is wonderful with coffee. Plus, it makes two loaf cakes so you can share with a friend!

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of applesauce
  • 1/2 cup of pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of allspice

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and pour in 2 greased 8 in X 4 in loaf pans. Bake on 350 for 40 minutes.
  • You can add a powdered sugar glaze or just sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
