8ouncesrigatoni pastacan use just about any kind of pasta
1cuppepperoni slicesquartered
1 to 2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain. Brown sausage, onion, and green paper. Drain. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and pasta sauce. Stir in cooked pasta and pepperoni and simmer for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top of the dish. Serve when the cheese is melted. Makes about 8 servings. Enjoy!

I garnish the top of my dish with more pepperoni when I add the cheese.
