Oven Baked Pork Chops
These oven baked pork chops are easy to make and perfect for a busy night. Great with a baked potato and side salad.

Ingredients
2 to 4
boneless pork chops

tablespoon
brown sugar

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
molasses
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
1
egg
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
Bread crumbs of your choice or all-purpose flour.
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together except bread crumbs until you have a smooth sauce. Dip each chop in liquid and then in bread crumbs
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until chops are done in the middle or register 145 on a meat thermometer.
Notes
I like to cook my pork on 350 and I estimate about 30 minutes per pound.
