This Molasses Skillet Corn is so easy to make, only 4 ingredients and delicious. Great addition to any holiday meal or when you need a simple side dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add molasses. Once melted add corn and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until done. Around 6-8 minutes. Then stir in cream cheese until melted. Serve immediately.
Notes
You could use canned corn in this recipe but be sure and drain the corn. If you like spicey, you could add chopped jalapenos.
