Honey Roasted Cashews

These Honey Roasted Cashews are only a few ingredients and a wonderful snack! Great addition to a chacturie board too!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cashews
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Whisk together butter, honey, sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder and cayenne in a bowl.
  • Add cashews and mix with spoon.
  • Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  • Turn with a spatula after seven minutes and again after 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in an airtight container. Makes 1 1/2 cups

Notes

Recipe could be doubled or tripled.
