Easy Pumpkin Fluff

This simple pumpkin fluff recipe is definitely a family favorite. It's so easy and makes a wonderful dessert or appetizer. The perfect Fall recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of 3.4 ounce Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 3/4 cup of buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • Gingersnap Cookies 7-10

Instructions

  • In a medium size bowl, combine buttermilk and vanilla instant pudding, whisk together for about 2 minutes until it has thickened.
  • Next add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and stir together. Crumble about 7 cookies. Fold in whipped topping and cookies.
  • Serve in dessert bowls and top with a cookie.

Notes

  • If you aren't going to serve immediately, then place in refrigerator until serving. Add the cookie crumbles right before serving. This recipe is wonderful chilled or served immediately, it's your choice.
  • Don't forget this recipe can also be served as a dip. It makes a fabulous appetizer.
