Ingredients

(15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained

(15.5 ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained
1
(10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis, drained

(15.25 ounce) can of sweet corn, drained

medium onion
diced

medium green bell pepper
finely chopped

chopped cilantro

chopped pickled jalapeño peppers

Italian salad dressing
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and combine well. Let chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours before serving.
Notes
The longer it's in the fridge the better it is. You can add more Italian dressing if you need.
