Condensed Milk Cake

Only four ingredients and so easy to make. This condensed Milk Cake is similar to a sponge cake. Great with a fruit topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup self rising flour
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8X8 baking dish with non stick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy. ( about one minute, can use a mixer) Next add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
  • Add in self rising flour to the mixture and combine well.
  • Pour batter into greased pan and bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until center tests done.

Notes

Store in an air tight container.
