Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake

- 1 1/2 sticks butter or 12 tablespoons or 3/4 cup softened
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cinnamon chips (can use store bought or my homemade cinnamon chips recipe)
Swirl for Cake:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Glaze for Cinnamon Swirl Cake:
- 3/4 to 1 cup powdered sugar
- 5 to 6 tablespoons milk
Cream butter, sugar and eggs with mixer. Add in sour cream and vanilla. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Combine with creamed mixture and continue mixing until all ingredients are wet. This will be a stiff mix. Fold in 1/2 cup of cinnamon chips with spoon. Spray a 10 inch bundt pan with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly in pan. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and spread on top of the cake. Cut the brown sugar swirl into the cake mixture with a knife until combined and all ingredients are wet.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 55 to 60 minutes until center tests done. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
