Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter or 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup melted
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 or 4 tablespoons milk
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside
In a large bowl, with a spoon, stir together the butter, sugar, sour cream, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and stir till all ingredients are wet. Fold in the raisins. Spray a 9 x 5 bread pan with cooking spray and add the mixture to the pan.
Swirl Instructions
Whisk together and spread over the bread in the pan. Take a regular kitchen knife and swirl into the dough until it is totally.
Bake bread in preheated 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes until center tests done. Remove from pan after 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
