Banana Split Cake
This No Bake Banana Split Cake is so easy to make and always a hit. Simple dessert and comes together quickly. The combination of strawberries, bananas and pineapple is delicious.

- ½ cup of unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup of powdered sugar
- 12 ounces of cream cheese softened
- 2 8-ounce containers of Cool Whip (divided)
- 2 bananas sliced
- 20- ounce can of crushed pineapple drain well
- 2 cups of strawberries sliced and hulled
- ½ cup of peanuts chopped
- Maraschino cherries
- Chocolate syrup
Grease a 9X13 baking dish and set aside. Combine graham crackers and melted butter with a fork, making sure all graham crackers are moist. Press into the bottom of the greased baking pan.
Next, using a mixer, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Once combined using a spoon or spatula fold in one container of the cool whip. Spread this mixture in an even layer over the graham crackers.
Next, top with a single layer of sliced bananas, then the pineapple and lastly, the strawberries. Top with the remaining container of cool whip. Sprinkle with the peanuts, chocolate syrup and then the cherries.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
