Banana Split Cake

This No Bake Banana Split Cake is so easy to make and always a hit. Simple dessert and comes together quickly. The combination of strawberries, bananas and pineapple is delicious.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup of powdered sugar
  • 12 ounces of cream cheese softened
  • 2 8-ounce containers of Cool Whip (divided)
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 20- ounce can of crushed pineapple drain well
  • 2 cups of strawberries sliced and hulled
  • ½ cup of peanuts chopped
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Grease a 9X13 baking dish and set aside. Combine graham crackers and melted butter with a fork, making sure all graham crackers are moist. Press into the bottom of the greased baking pan.
  • Next, using a mixer, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Once combined using a spoon or spatula fold in one container of the cool whip. Spread this mixture in an even layer over the graham crackers.
  • Next, top with a single layer of sliced bananas, then the pineapple and lastly, the strawberries. Top with the remaining container of cool whip. Sprinkle with the peanuts, chocolate syrup and then the cherries.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
