Ingredients

milk
can use almond milk
1/4

raw rolled oats or can use quick oats

tablespoon
raw honey

cup
frozen peaches
could use fresh or canned

medium sized banana
peeled

tablespoon
walnuts
Optional

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

ice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
Notes
You can add any other fruit you have on hand. I, sometimes, add a few sunflower seeds to mine.
