Almond Berry Crumble Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch deep dish pie crust
  • 4 cups of strawberries quartered
  • 3 cups of raspberries
  • 2/3 cup of white sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of almond extract
  • Crumble Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of almond slivers
  • 4 tablespoons of butter - cold

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine berries, cornstarch, extract and sugar, mix together and set aside.
  • Combine all crumble ingredients except butter. Cut butter into small pieces and add to topping mixture until crumble.
  • Pour berries into pie crust and top with crumble mixture and bake on 400 for 40-50 minutes.
  • Let pie cool completely before slicing. Delicious topped with ice cream or whipped topping.
