- 1/2 lb of Smoked Beef Sausage
- 1 package fresh Brussels sprouts cut stems off and slice in half
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
In large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat, add Brussels sprouts and smoked sausage. Continue to stir and cook until the underside is brown to your liking. I like mine pretty brown, so this normally takes about 12-15 minutes on medium heat. You may need to add more coconut oil during the cooking process.
