Smoked Sausage and Brussels Sprouts

This is an easy low carb, gluten free healthy dish that is great for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb of Smoked Beef Sausage
  • 1 package fresh Brussels sprouts cut stems off and slice in half
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Instructions

  • In large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat, add Brussels sprouts and smoked sausage. Continue to stir and cook until the underside is brown to your liking. I like mine pretty brown, so this normally takes about 12-15 minutes on medium heat. You may need to add more coconut oil during the cooking process.
