Ham Cheese Waffles

These Ham Cheese Waffles are always a hit for breakfast. You get the meat and the cheese in the waffle!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese can you whatever cheese you like
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham

Instructions

  • Whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Stir in eggs, cooking oil, milk, Swiss cheese and chopped, cooked ham.
  • Drop about 1/4 cup batter onto waffle iron and cook according to directions for your iron.
