Use my wonderful Sourdough Starter to make these great Sourdough Rolls!

Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1cupsourdough starter
1/4cupbutter or 4 tablespoonsmelted
Instructions
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in the starter and butter. Turn out on a floured surface and knead about 8 or nine times. Grease a 9 inch cake pan or cast iron skillet with cooking oil and pinch off pieces of dough and roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Cover with a dish towel and place in warm spot. (I put on top of stove while it is heating). Let rise for 1 hour.
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Makes 20-25 small rolls.
