Ingredients
210 ounces bags of frozen corn
4tablespoonsof butter
3tablespoonsof molasses
4ouncesof cream cheesecubed (room temperature)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add molasses. Once melted add corn and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until done. Around 6-8 minutes. Then stir in cream cheese until melted. Serve immediately.
Notes
You could use canned corn in this recipe but be sure and drain the corn. If you like spicey, you could add chopped jalapenos.
