9mini croissants cut in half horizontallycan use 4-5 regular sized croissants
1/2cupof brown sugar
1/4teaspoonof all spice
1/2cupof chopped pecans
1/2cupof whipping cream
1cupof 2% milk
Preheat oven to 375. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, pecans and bananas in a bowl and mix well with spoon. Once mixed add, milk, whipping cream, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Arrange sliced croissants in cast iron skillet or casserole dish. Pour mixture over croissants. Baked in preheated oven 30 minutes or until center comes out clean. Let sit 5 minutes.
