Sour Cream Noodle Bake
Easy dish your family will love!
Servings: 6 servings
- 1 pound of ground turkey or beef
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 12 ounces of marinara
- 12 ounces of Alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 8 ounces of sour cream
- 1 pound of Rigatoni noodles
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- black pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat until cooked. Drain. Add marinara and alfredo sauce in to skillet and simmer for 10 about minutes. Simmer until it starts to thicken up.
Cook pasta according to directions on the box and drain. Stir softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and noodles together. Spray a 9X13 casserole dish. Layer noodles first, then meat mixture and then Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Repeat.
Bake covered on 350 for 20 minutes. I like to remove the cover and cook for another 5 minutes to brown the top a bit.
