Banana Peach Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk can use almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw rolled oats or can use quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 cup frozen peaches could use fresh or canned
  • 1 medium sized banana peeled
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Optional
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.

Notes

You can add any other fruit you have on hand. I, sometimes, add a few sunflower seeds to mine.
