6piecesof brioche breadcut into pieces (can use whatever you like)
1/2cupof whipping cream
1cupof ham cookedchopped
1/2cupof brown sugar
1/2cupof chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 2 quart casserole pan. In a dish, whisk together, eggs, whipping cream, and milk. Spray 2 quart casserole pan, and add bread and ham and top with whisked ingredients. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over top. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Can top with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup. You could make this up at night and bake the next day, if baking the next day, cover in refrigerator.
The bread I used was thick slices. So if you are going to use regular bread it would probably be closer to 8-10,
