4or 5 potatoespeeled and cut into chunks
1large green peppercut into rings
1large onioncut into rings
3or 4 carrotscut into pieces
1(1 pounpackage Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausagecut on the diagonal
Use a 9 x 13 baking dish lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Toss vegetables with oil, sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder and basil. Cook in preheated 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven add sausage. Cook for 15 more minutes.
You can do this with all kinds of vegetables. Use whatever you have on hand.
