3/4cuplong grain ricecould use instant or quick-cooking rice
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspoonpepper
1/2teaspoonmarjoram
1/2teaspoonminced garlic
1/2teaspooncumin
Salt to taste
Instructions
Add all the above ingredients to the crock pot and cook on high 4 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts
Notes
You could add green peppers or carrots and more or less spices to this soup to suit your taste. This is spicy. This soup could also be made on top of the stove in a soup pot.
