This dip is served cold and only has a few ingredients but a lot of flavor. Perfect solution for low carb and gluten free!

1package of Johnsonville Ground Chorizo Sausage
1/4cupof red onion
dash of garlic powder to taste
Prepare sausage, drain off grease and chill in fridge for an hour.
Next, in a large bowl, add your avocados, onion and garlic powder. Smash avocados until they are a good consistency, just a little chunky. Add chilled sausage and top with lime juice from 2 limes. Mix all together and serve.
I served this dip with Plantain Chips, they are a GREAT alternative to tortilla chips.
I also put the avocados in the fridge for a few hours before just to make sure the dip would be cold, because avocados turn quickly once opened.
