Baked tacos is a great twist on a classic. We love the crunchy taste and the melted cheese. Add all your favorite toppings!

  • 1 box of Ortega Stand and Stuff Shells
  • 1 lb of lean ground turkey
  • 1 14.5 ounce can of black beans (drained)
  • 1 Frontera Texas Original Skillet Sauce/or packet of taco seasoning view here
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Toppings of choice
  • Salsa


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare ground turkey with skillet sauce (or taco seasoning) and black beans on the stove. Add taco meat to shells and stack in a casserole dish, then top with toppings of your choice such as green chilies, diced tomatoes, onions, etc. Then add cheese and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and salsa


You can use whatever meat you want, ground beef, chicken, turkey, etc
