Crock Pot Artichoke and Sausage Dip

This dip is so creamy and delicious! Don't expect to have any left when you make it. Perfect for any event or game day!

  • 1 14 ounce can of Artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 1 lb of sausage cooked and drained
  • 1 8 ounce container of cream cheese (I use full fat, you can certainly use light)
  • 1 16 ounce container of light sour cream (you can use full fat)
  • 2 4 ounce cans of green chilies
  • 1 cup of shredded Romano Asiago and Parmesan Cheese (this comes in one container, shredded together, view here)
  • 1 additional cup of just shredded Parmesan cheese


  • Put all ingredients in your crock pot and turn on high. Stir occasionally, once hot (takes about an hour) serve with tortilla scoops.


I have even reheated it the next day and it was still good.
