Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

  • 1 3/4 cups half & half
  • 1/4 cup 100% pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice You can make your own here
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Mix together the half & half, pumpkin, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a pot and heat on top of the stove about 2 minutes until you see bubbles and steam.
  • Stir a couple times while heating. Do not boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed. Store in container in refrigerator.


Keeps about 8 days depending on date on your half & half. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of creamer. Shake before using. Use in coffee to taste.
