Crock Pot Salsa Ranch Chicken

This recipe only has three ingredients and is so versatile. You'll make it over and over again.

  • 1.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1-2 cups of your favorite salsa (if you like more juice with your chicken, use more salsa. If you like less, just use a cup or so)
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dry ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix


  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for six.


My favorite way to serve this salsa ranch chicken is in flour tortillas for soft tacos. Just add your favorite topping such as cheese, lettuce, onions, guacamole and sour cream. You can also serve over rice with the same toppings, or use the chicken in a garden salad.
