  • 1 large head of Cauliflower chopped in bite size pieces
  • 1 cup of shredded parmesan asiago and romano cheese (it comes in one container together)
  • 1 cup of light sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 talblespoon of minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic
  • 1 cup of garlic and herb bread crumbs
  • Cheddar Cheese Optional

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bring a large pot of water to boil and then toss in your cauliflower. Boil until tender, around 10 min or so.
  • Drain water off of cauliflower and then add sour cream, cheese, butter, garlic and mince onion to it. Stir up until the cauliflower is covered and the butter is melted. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and then add bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 min. Once out of the oven, I stir it up to mix in the crunch of the bread crumbs to all the cauliflower.

I added a little bit of cheddar cheese to the top before putting it in the oven. I added more for color than anything!
