Ingredients
1large head of Cauliflower chopped in bite size pieces
1cupof shredded parmesanasiago and romano cheese (it comes in one container together)
1cupof light sour cream
3tablespoonsof butter
1talblespoon of minced onion
2tablespoonsof garlic
1cupof garlic and herb bread crumbs
Cheddar Cheese Optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring a large pot of water to boil and then toss in your cauliflower. Boil until tender, around 10 min or so.
Drain water off of cauliflower and then add sour cream, cheese, butter, garlic and mince onion to it. Stir up until the cauliflower is covered and the butter is melted. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and then add bread crumbs on top.
Bake for 30-35 min. Once out of the oven, I stir it up to mix in the crunch of the bread crumbs to all the cauliflower.
Notes
I added a little bit of cheddar cheese to the top before putting it in the oven. I added more for color than anything!
