Crock Pot Artichoke and Sausage Dip
This dip is so creamy and delicious! Don't expect to have any left when you make it. Perfect for any event or game day!

Ingredients

14 ounce can of Artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1
lb
of sausage
cooked and drained
1
8 ounce container of cream cheese (I use full fat, you can certainly use light)
1
16 ounce container of light sour cream (you can use full fat)

4 ounce cans of green chilies
1
cup
of shredded Romano
Asiago and Parmesan Cheese (this comes in one container, shredded together, view here)

additional cup of just shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Put all ingredients in your crock pot and turn on high. Stir occasionally, once hot (takes about an hour) serve with tortilla scoops.
Notes
I have even reheated it the next day and it was still good.
