Mini Pecan Pies
These mini pecan pies are only 5 ingredients and super easy to make. You will love these easy pies!
Servings: 8 pies
- 1 13 ounce can of cinnamon rolls (makes 8)
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter melted
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar and cinnamon cream cheese spread made by Philadelphia cream cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8 cups of a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Pat each cinnamon roll into one muffin cup to form the crust
Combine other ingredients together and put a spoonful on top of each cinnamon roll.
Bake for 14-18 minutes until rolls are done and top with whipped cream and a little cinnamon. If you would rather use the icing from the cinnamon rolls, go right ahead.
