Really simple batter

– All Purpose Flour – Baking Powder – Salt – Egg – Milk – Vanilla Extract (optional) – Cooking Oil

Top with powdered sugar, fruit, pie filling or ice cream! Hot fudge, caramel sauce.. etc.
