Do you have any suggestion for a cook book for 1? I live in a senior complex and am a widow so I am mostly cooking for myself only.
Please suggest recipes for 1 or cookbooks for 1.
Thank you
Barb
I’m sorry Barbara we sure don’t, we make these recipes for our family and add them to our website.
A lady I know lived in a senior apartment complex by herself. She and I think three other ladies would take turns cooking a simple supper and having the other ladies over that night. That way no one had to try to cook for one. I think they did Monday to Thursday. The guests did the dishes and then went on back home usually. They found they ate better when they ate with someone. I think they planned the next week when they ate together on Thursday to make sure eveyone could make it each night.
Some of your recipes sound like they are right out of my mum’s kitchen. Brings back great memories. Do you by chance have a recipe for Brunswick stew?
Yep! Here you go! You can always use the search bar to look for recipes. Thank you so much for the kind comment.
