Cheddar Ranch Pasta Salad - The Southern Lady Cooks

This Cheddar Ranch Pasta Salad is great for a cookout or gathering. We love pasta salad and this one will not disappoint! You can make this wonderful pasta salad the night before and enjoy it for a few days.  You could double the recipe or even cut it in half.  It keeps well refrigerated.  Make this for any holiday or event and you will get asked for the recipe. You probably won’t bring any home.  I could eat this salad everyday and my whole family loves it.  I take it to lots of functions, too.

Cheddar ranch pasta salad is easy and delicious.

1 box of pasta shells (cooked and rinsed in cold water)
4 oz of Mild Cheddar cheese cubes ( I cut each cube in quarters)
1/3 cup of diced red onion
1 packed or Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing Seasoning Mix
10 oz of Peas (you can use frozen or can peas. If you use frozen, thaw before using)
1/2 cup of light sour cream
1/3 cup of mayonnaise

Cook pasta according to directions on the box, rinse in cold water. Then add all ingredients and chill over night. If you really like the ranch taste, I would suggest using two packets of the ranch mix. Easy, Easy!!
