Cinnamon tortilla wedgesCinnamon tortilla wedges is a fun little recipe to make anytime you want a sweet snack.  Children and grandchildren will love to help you make these treats.  They are great with fresh fruit or just eat them alone.  I make 8 wedges out of each large flour tortilla.  You can make more or less or however many you want to make.  Be sure to check out hundreds of other tips, DIY, howto, makit fun, interesting stuff on our site.

Ingredients for cinnamon tortilla wedges:

5 flour tortillas

3/4 cup white granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

4 tablespoons butter, melted

Cut the flour tortillas into wedges.  I use a pizza cutter for this.  Mix together the white sugar and cinnamon.  Dip the wedges into the melted butter and then in the cinnamon mixture.  Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and bake wedges in a preheated 350 degree oven about 8 minutes.  Let cool. This makes 40 wedges.  Enjoy!

Note:  You can also spray the wedges with cooking spray on both sides and then coat with cinnamon mixture instead of using melted butter.
