These Egg Muffin cups are so simple and very versatile. Make these on a Sunday and enjoy them for breakfast throughout the week. Enjoy with a cup of coffee and you’re set!

1 dozen eggs
1 (12 ounce) package of Reduced Fat Jimmy Dean Sausage cooked
shredded cheese
Fresh basil

This recipe is very versatile, add in any veggies and you can always change the meat to ham or whatever you prefer.

Beat eggs together in large bowl, add all other ingredients, after greasing your muffin pan fill each muffin cup 1/3 full. Cook on 325 for 20-25 minutes.
