This Banana Pumpkin Smoothie is healthy and easy to make. Would be wonderful to take to work for break or lunch. A great pick me up drink anytime you need something.

1 cup almond milk
1 banana, cut in pieces
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup pumpkin
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Gluten Free and Low Calorie!
