  2. I love your blog and I am just trying to pick a cake out of your book to make today. I do have one request. Could you post picture of your kitchen. I love to see what GREAT cooks do with there kitchens. I even put some ideas from Christy Jordan’s kitchen into my own. Merry Christ mas ,too.

  4. Please tell me what Boursin cheese is, I have a recipe, that calls for Boursin, when I pulled it up on the computer Bourdin Spread, what is the difference between the two, and also where can I find it at.
    It is a potato recipe, but I’ve never heard of it before, or what can I substitute it with. Thank you so much, I have a lot of your recipes. Love them,
