Creamy Spinach Dip - TSLCWe love this dip. I can’t get enough of it and it does not last long at my house. This dip is good with anything. I have even put it on baked potatoes!

Fresh Spinach (Enough to make 2 cups of chopped spinach)
2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
pinch of cayenne
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Optional)
Nuts of your choice (Optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Chill for a couple of hours before serving. Serve with breads, chips or crackers. Note: We like it just plain without the cheese and nuts but it’s good both ways. Makes about 3 cups.  Enjoy!
