ABOUT MY FAMILY

I am very blessed to have a beautiful family and a special man in my life.   Each and every member is very dear to me and holds a special place in my heart.  They all have their own special places, too.  This page will introduce you and give you links to their sites and their pages and blogs.

Meet my son, Rob and his wife, Sarah.   Rob works for a local television station here and Sara is Executive Director at the local Ronald McDonald House.  My son is also a talented artist, has been in several movies and enjoys photography.  Sara is known throughout their community for her work with her job and is a wonderful mother and daughter-in-law.

You can read more about them here.

This is not Tom Sawyer!  This is a Southern Tater Tot and my only grandson!  He is the apple of this Southern Nana’s eye.

Meet two Southern cowgirls!  Yes, I am the Southern momma of twins, Anne Parker and Leigh Harper.   They can ride a horse, barrel race, love animals, sweet tea, and farm life. Leigh is an Account Executive with the Horse Magazine in Lexington and Anne is Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Robert L. Conley Livestock Company.  They have a website on facebook, On The Rodeo Road,  that gives updates, news, and interviews about the rodeo world.

Last but not least, meet Bob.  He is my sweetie pie for the past five years.  He is not a native Southerner but moved South with his engineering job many years ago. Like me, Bob is now retired.  He loves woodworking and has a shop at his home where he makes beautiful furniture.  You can find out more about his hobby here.  Don’t you think he kinda looks like that Southern fried chicken man!!!
