This Italian Sausage Bubble Up Pizza is perfect for a busy night. Kids will love this as well, because it is so versatile and you can make it with whatever toppings you love. We love sausage so this was our choice for this bubble up pizza. Anyone that follows my website knows we love anything with biscuits. Prepare to fall in love with this super easy recipe!

1 lb of Italian Sausage
1 (12 ounce) can of biscuits (regular not the grands)
1 (14 ounce) jar of pizza sauce
1/2 cup of shredded Romano, Asiago and Parmesan Cheese (this comes in one container, shredded together, view here)
Parmesan Cheese or Mozzarella (your choice)
1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning

Spray 9X13 baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut biscuits into quarter pieces and put in baking dish. Brown the Italian sausage and drain. Next top biscuits with sauce, I only used half the bottle but I don’t like a lot of sauce. So you use what works for you when it comes to pizza. Top with Romano, Asiago and Parmesan Cheese, and Italian Seasoning then spread sausage over cheese. Cook in oven for 15 minutes, remove add more cheese and cook an additional 4- 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Note: I made this for 2-3 people, and it was perfect. However you would want to double the recipe for a larger crowd. If you use grand biscuits in this recipe you will need to cook it longer.
