This casserole was really good and it’s perfect for the holidays. We loved how simple it is and you can prepare it the night before. Takes no time to make and reheated well too!


2 (16 ounce) cans of green beans drained
1  (14 ounce) can  of artichoke hearts drained and quartered
1/2 cup of Italian dressing
2 cups of shredded 5 Italian Cheese
French Onions
pepper to taste


Combine green beans, artichokes, pepper and Italian dressing in shallow dish and refrigerate overnight. Drain vegetable mixture and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and french onions and bake uncovered on 350 for 25- 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
