This recipe is a great twist on a classic! It was a total experiment that turned out absolutely delicious and my family really enjoyed it. I used Coconut Palm Sugar instead of white sugar and it worked out fine. You can find Coconut Palm Sugar at Kroger in the same isle and regular sugar.
2.5 cups of fresh blackberries
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of Gluten Free bisquick
1 cup of Coconut Palm Sugar
1 sick of butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse blackberries and place in 8X8 greased dish. In separate bowl, mix together, almond milk, gluten free bisquick and coconut sugar and pour over blackberries. Melt butter and pour over cobbler. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes. Be sure and test it, as ovens vary. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
My family loves anything with Blackberries and I am so glad this recipe turned out. Its a little healthier and super easy to make. Perfect for anyone with gluten allergies!
