This recipe is a great twist on a classic! It was a total experiment that turned out absolutely delicious and my family really enjoyed it. I used Coconut Palm Sugar instead of white sugar and it worked out fine. You can find Coconut Palm Sugar at Kroger in the same isle and regular sugar.

2.5 cups of fresh blackberries
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of Gluten Free bisquick
1 cup of Coconut Palm Sugar
1 sick of butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse blackberries and place in 8X8 greased dish.  In separate bowl, mix together, almond milk, gluten free bisquick and coconut sugar and pour over blackberries. Melt butter and pour over cobbler. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes. Be sure and test it, as ovens vary. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.

My family loves anything with Blackberries and I am so glad this recipe turned out. Its a little healthier and super easy to make. Perfect for anyone with gluten allergies!

Im sorry, but who can afford to buy all these ingredients !!!! I wanted to make coconut macaroons yesterday and recipe called for almond flour….$7.99 for a small bag of almond flour that had 2 – 1/2 cups of flour in it….didnt buy the flour so didn’t make the macaroons I was so wanting 🙁 So all of the ingredients you have listed in the recipe for gluten free cobbler looks like it will cost a small fortune to make and it looks sooooo good !

Actually Mildred, the ingredients in this recipe aren’t really that pricey. This calls for GF Bisquick not Almond Flour (which can be more expensive). You can find Gluten Free Flour for cheap. Almond Milk is not expensive at all and coconut sugar will last a while. Of all the healthy recipes I have made, I wouldn’t classify this one as expensive. Enjoy!
