These delicious snack bites are made with all natural ingredients and perfect when you are craving something sweet. Enjoy them in the morning with a cup of coffee or take them for an afternoon snack. Perfect to make on a Sunday and enjoy all week!

1 cup of dry “old fashioned oats” oatmeal
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips (these are dairy, soy and nut free)
2/3 cup of unsweetened flaked coconut
1/3 cup of honey
1 teaspoon of almond extract (optional)


Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir until mixed together well. Cover and put in fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Once chilled roll into balls, you can make them whatever size you desire. I made them the size of a golf ball and it made about 15 balls. I will say, rolling them into balls is pretty sticky, but worth it. These are gluten free!
