I know how busy life can be especially in the summer. There are so many fun things planned and it is hard sometimes to plan a menu for a great meal. I have decided to do that for you! Here is a great summer meal you and your family will enjoy.
You can click each picture to take you to the recipe and the print icon is under each recipe. You will find a complete grocery list on this post!
- 2-4 chicken breast (depending on how many you are cooking for)
- 1 (15 ounce can) Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
- 1/4 cup of salsa
- 1 small white onion
- 3 small green onions
- 1 green pepper
- cherry tomatoes (about 12)
- Rotini Pasta (8 ounces, you can use any pasta you like)
- 1 (6 ounce can) medium pitted ripe olives
- real bacon bits
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- dried parsley flakes
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- self rising flour
- brown sugar
- egg (one)
- vanilla extract
- all purpose flour
- baking soda
- 1 cup of rasins
- 1 cup of nuts (your choice)
*In my original recipe of Ranch Pasta Salad I made it with chicken. I left it out of this recipe, since chicken is the main dish. I also chose the Applesauce Snackin Cake, since any leftovers are perfect for breakfast. This meal can be prepped and made early, then it is ready to go when everyone is ready to eat. Enjoy!
