We like these potatoes as a side dish to just about anything. They are easy to put in the crock pot and just forget about until your meal is ready.
7 or 8 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (Could use any creamed soup you like)
1/4 cup butter or margarine or 2 tablespoons, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup green onion or just regular onion, chopped
1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese or cheese of your choice
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 4 to 6 hours or until potatoes are cooked. Makes about 8 servings. Enjoy!
